How to download the Rufus app

You can download the application at https://rufus.ie/id/. Scroll down and you download the current version, namely Rufus 3.14.

At this stage, you can insert a flash drive into a laptop with a standard size of 8 GB or more. And make sure the flash is legible on the laptop you are using.

How to Make Bootable With Rufus

  1. First, enter the flash drive that you will use to make it bootable, and make sure your computer detects the flash drive.
  2. Then right click on Rufus and select Run as administrator, click OK if there is any notification.
  3. In the Rufus window, for Device will read the flash that is on the computer.
  4. To Boot selection, you enter the Windows.Iso file.
  5. On Partition scheme, choose GPT, and System targets choose BIOS or UEFI.

  4. Next type again select disk # (fill in the hash mark with the flash sequence at the command prompt), then Enter.
