Just in case or commonly known as “On guard” it is a must, one of which prevents our WhatsApp from being tapped by others.
Indeed, Whatsapp is one of the safest social media chat platforms, because a Whatsapp account on a smartphone cannot be logged in one time.
However, surely the eavesdroppers will not be out of their minds and there is another way for our WhatsApp account eavesdroppers, namely with Whatsapp Web.
Even though it’s a bit impossible, I recommend that those of you who often log in on Whatsapp Web, especially on their work PCs or laptops, be aware or alert.
So, how do we detect if our Whatsapp is being bugged or not? Check it out right away!
1. Open Whatsapp on Smartphone as usual, then tpress the 3 dot logo menu on the top right side, then select “Whatsapp Web”
As explained above, our Whatsapp account will not be able to be logged in multi-device if it is on a Smartphone.
But it’s a different story if you are logged in with Whatsapp Web. Whatsapp Web supports multi-account login, and the only way to hack someone’s Whatsapp data is this way.
Therefore, if someone is tapping your Whatsapp, their device will definitely be detected here.
2. Here it will be detected on any device our Whatsapp is being logged on to
You can check here on any of your WhatsApp browsers that have been or are being logged in.
Is there a suspicious device there? If so, continue to step 4 below.
3. If there is a suspicious device that you do not recognize, simply select the suspicious device then click “Logout”
Actually Whatsapp is very safe and strict. Even if your WhatsApp is tapped, the eavesdropper must wait for your smartphone or data device to turn on first.
This is important, because in this way we can find out who is tapping our Whatsapp.
