This is a system-level process known as a “system interrupt” and is a completely normal Windows function. However, if the system spends too long in the interrupt phase, known as the interrupt request level (IRQL), you will encounter a blue screen error.

Run Windows 10 Memory Diagnostic Tool

You can use the built-in Windows Memory Diagnostic to check if your RAM is causing the error. Windows Memory Diagnostic scans your RAM, checking for errors that could be causing your system to crash.
